Returns and Refunds Policy for Little Sammy's
Thank you for shopping at Little Sammy's. We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that issues can arise. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:
Returns
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@littlesammys.com.au with details of the product and the defect. Please report the defect within 7 days of receiving your order. You can send the item you consider defective to: 56b Appian Way, Hamersley, WA 6022.
Refunds
- Defective Items: Once we receive the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
- Exclusions: Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping for Returns
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged in Transit: If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier (Sendle) immediately to report the damage. Additionally, we request that you inform us at info@littlesammys.com.au about the situation so we can assist further and keep a record of the incident.
